Purpose and legal basis. We use the data in your application to consider you for future vacancies in environmental consulting and to contact you about them, based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Providing data and consent is voluntary; without consent, we will not retain your application for future recruitment.
Retention period. We retain your application for no longer than 12 months from receipt, or for a shorter period if you withdraw consent or the processing purpose ceases earlier. We then delete the data processed for this purpose.
Your rights. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing the address above. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand. Subject to the conditions set out in the GDPR, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
